Refunds and cancellations
This website does not sell services or take payment online. Fees, milestones, cancellation and refund arrangements are stated in the written agreement for each project.
Before a project starts
You can review the proposed scope and payment terms before signing. A website enquiry or audit request carries no fee and creates no obligation to buy.
After an agreement is signed
To request cancellation or discuss an invoice, email hello@brandix.studio with your project name and agreement reference. We will review work completed, amounts paid, committed costs and the terms of the agreement, then explain the outcome in writing.
Your legal rights
Nothing on this page removes a cancellation, refund or other right that applies under the law governing your agreement. Where a mandatory rule differs from the agreement, that rule takes priority.
